Scotia matched to your Quick-Step or Titan floor
Premium Floors makes a scotia in the decor of each floor. Pick the scotia profile for your range (for example Laminate Scotia – Impressive Ultra or Wood Scotia – Readyflor 1 Strip) and then the colour name of your floor; the price-list code for that match is shown in the SKU. Laminate and Clix scotia is 2400 x 17 x 17mm; wood scotia 2400 x 17 x 17mm; Bloom and Ciro vinyl scotia 2400 x 17 x 17mm; Titan hybrid scotia 2400 x 15 x 15mm. Elite scotia (14 timber-look colours) and stained Tasmanian Oak scotia (15mm or 19mm, 16 stains, plus raw) suit floors from any brand.
Incizo and expansion covers
The Quick-Step Incizo is a 5-in-1 profile: cut on the marked lines to make a T-moulding, reducer, end profile, stair nosing or wall-abutment strip, all in the exact floor decor. Laminate Incizo is 2150 x 48 x 13mm, wood Incizo 2150 x 54 x 17mm, vinyl Incizo 2000 x 45 x 8mm. Titan hybrid floors use a colour-matched 2400 x 45 x 9mm expansion cover instead.
Stair nosing and stair covers
Quick-Step laminate stair covers (Perspective Nature, Impressive and Classic) and Bloom / Ciro vinyl bullnose stair covers are sold per box of two. Titan hybrid stair nosing is a 2400 x 110 x 36mm colour-matched profile. Nature’s Oak solid timber stair noses (square set or bullnose, 1800 x 100 x 40mm) are made to order in the eight Nature’s Oak colours, allow about 7 days. Arc Bamboo solid nosing is 1850 x 96 x 14mm with a 25mm bullnose.
Prestige aluminium trims: which profile
End trims finish an exposed edge and are pre-fit: Junior (8mm), Junior Mid (10mm), Mid (12mm), Senior (14mm) and a 6mm Vinyl End. The Universal Top covers an expansion joint between floors of equal height (7–18mm), the Flat Top suits 10–16mm floors, the Ramp Top steps down to a lower floor (14–25mm) and the Border Top is a post-fit transition; each of these needs a Base Kit (supplied with three inserts for 8–14mm floors) or a loose base track and insert. Junior and Senior Stair profiles suit 8mm and 14mm floors on stairs, and the low-profile H Trims bridge door thresholds. All profiles are 3.4m and come anodised in champagne, silver, bronze or black (availability varies by profile) or powder-coated in ten wood-grain colours: Pale Oak, Dark Oak, Light Oak, Medium Oak, Brown Oak, Hardwood, Oak, Spotted Gum, Grey Oak and Coffee Oak. What is an Incizo?
A single Quick-Step profile that you cut into five different profiles: T-moulding, reducer, end, stair nosing or wall strip. One length usually covers a doorway or a step.
Do I need a base kit with a Prestige top?
Yes for Universal, Flat, Ramp and Border tops. The base kit is supplied with three inserts so it suits 8–14mm floors; loose inserts extend that to 7–18mm.
How many scotia lengths do I need?
Measure the room perimeter in metres, subtract door openings, divide by 2.4 and round up.
