Standard Installation Labour Rates
The rates below include GST and cover standard labour for straightforward residential installations in our Sydney and Brisbane service areas. They are a starting point for budgeting; the assessed scope and price are confirmed in your written quote. A minimum job charge of $850 including GST applies.
Flooring products and delivery are separate. Removal, subfloor preparation, underlay, moisture protection, access and finishing are additional unless expressly included in your quote.
