Shipping Policy
South Australia Deliveries (SA)
At the earliest your order will be dispatched within 3 business days from process of payment. Your order will be delivered to Toll Depot located at 6/22 Pedder Cres, Regency Park, SA where you will receive a notification to arrange an appropriate collection time.
Remote Areas (TAS & NT)
We can deliver to the above areas, however shipping costs will be priced on application. All deliveries must be collected from the onforwarding carrier’s depot. Contact customer service for a quote on 1300 477 699.
Installation
We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floors have arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.
