Topdeck Wooden-Land Tasmanian Oak – light pink-blonde engineered timber flooring
Tasmanian Oak is the light pink-blonde colour in the Wooden-Land range. Wooden-Land is Topdeck’s engineered hardwood collection: a genuine 3mm species veneer on a stable multi-layer core, with a 13-layer factory coating and a P3 slip rating. Tasmanian Oak is one of 9 colours in the range.
Why choose Wooden-Land Tasmanian Oak
- Real tasmanian oak wear layer – genuine timber that can be re-sanded and refinished later in life.
- Engineered multi-layer core – far more stable than solid timber through Australian seasons.
- Matt finish – 13-layer platinum UV coating.
- Floating or secret-nail installation – clicks together over underlay, or is nailed to a timber subfloor.
- 25-year domestic warranty from Topdeck.

Where it works best
Tasmanian Oak suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas. Engineered timber is not recommended for bathrooms or laundries. Its light tone helps smaller or south-facing rooms feel larger and hides dust well.
Installation and care
Wooden-Land is laid on a flat, dry subfloor. Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a timber-floor cleaner; use felt pads under furniture.

Can it be sanded and refinished?
Yes, the timber wear layer allows refinishing over the life of the floor.
How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 2.07m². Measure your room area, add about 10% for cuts and wastage, and divide by 2.07m².
