Wonderwood 20mm Oak Raw Neutral – pale greige oak engineered timber flooring
Raw Neutral is the pale greige oak colour in the 20mm Oak range. Wonderwood’s 20mm European oak is the flagship board: 2200mm long and 240mm wide with a thick wear layer that can be re-sanded several times, for rooms where the floor is meant to be the feature.
Why choose 20mm Oak Raw Neutral
- Real European oak wear layer – genuine timber that can be re-sanded and refinished later in life.
- Engineered multi-layer core – far more stable than solid timber through Australian seasons.
- Brushed UV lacquer finish – low-sheen and low-maintenance.
- Floating or direct stick – lays over underlay on most flat, dry subfloors.
- 20-year residential warranty from Wonderwood.

Where it works best
Raw Neutral suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas. Engineered timber is not recommended for bathrooms or laundries. Its light tone helps smaller or south-facing rooms feel larger and hides dust well.
Installation and care
20mm Oak is laid on a flat, dry subfloor. Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a timber-floor cleaner; use felt pads under furniture.

Frequently asked questions
Is this real timber?
Yes. The top layer is European oak bonded to an engineered core – the same wood as a solid floor, with far better stability.
Can it be sanded and refinished?
Yes, the timber wear layer allows refinishing over the life of the floor.
How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 2.112m². Measure your room area, add about 10% for cuts and wastage, and divide by 2.112.
