Where it works best
Urban Limewash Oak suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas. Engineered timber is not recommended for bathrooms or laundries. Its light tone helps smaller or south-facing rooms feel larger and hides dust well.
Installation and care
Swish Oak Wideboard is laid on a flat, dry subfloor. Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a timber-floor cleaner; use felt pads under furniture.

Frequently asked questions
Is this real timber?
Yes. The top layer is European oak bonded to an engineered core – the same wood as a solid floor, with far better stability.
Can it be sanded and refinished?
Yes, the timber wear layer allows refinishing over the life of the floor.
How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 2.91m². Measure your room area, add about 10% for cuts and wastage, and divide by 2.91m².
