SiegelProof P12 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane primer and surface membrane – non-flammable and solvent free. It is engineered as a moisture vapour barrier for cement-based substrates, including green slabs that are not subject to rising damp, with residual humidity up to 95% RH (ASTM F2170, as per AS 1884-2012).

Applied to concrete as a polyurethane primer and green-slab sealer / vapour barrier, it rapidly cures to a tack-free film allowing coverings to be laid approximately 2 hours after application. SiegelProof P12 is a vapour barrier and does not guarantee against hydrostatic pressure or rising damp – where these are present use SiegelProof 2K.
