Blackbutt is the pale honey blackbutt colour in the Australian Classic range. Australian Classic is Riverhill’s engineered floor in genuine native hardwood species – Spotted Gum, Blackbutt, Blue Gum, Grey Ironbark, Victoria Ash and Tallowwood – with a 3mm hardwood lamella on a stable multi-layer core, a matte UV-cured lacquer and a Välinge 5G glueless click joint. Where it works best

Blackbutt suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas. Engineered timber is not recommended for bathrooms or laundries. Its light tone helps smaller or south-facing rooms feel larger and hides dust well.

Installation and care

Australian Classic is laid on a flat, dry subfloor. Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a timber-floor cleaner; use felt pads under furniture.
