Quiet-Step Combi-Lay Underlay 50m² Roll. Quiet-Step Combi-Lay is a high-density polyolefin copolymer underlay for floating floors where reflected foot noise matters. Independent university testing shows a 30% or greater reduction in reflected foot noise, and it achieves L’nT,w = 40 in multi-storey applications, comfortably inside the BCA limit of 62. It carries the same continuous damp-proof layer as Combi-Lay Standard.
