NFD Sunvista 312: vinyl plank flooring
This colour is described as light grey oak. Compare a sample in your room’s daylight and evening lighting. Sunvista’s 177.8mm-wide planks offer a more closely spaced board pattern than wider longboards. Compare the sample across a larger area to judge the overall grain and colour variation.

Installation and everyday use
Glue-down vinyl needs a sound, dry, smooth subfloor and an adhesive selected for the product and site conditions. Ask your installer to assess moisture, preparation and direct sunlight before quoting. A water-resistant plank does not waterproof the subfloor; confirm wet-area suitability before specifying it for a bathroom or laundry.
