SmartDrop Ultimate is Kenbrock’s premium loose-lay vinyl plank: a heavy 5mm plank with a 0.55mm crystal wear layer and PUR + matt surface that drops into place without full-spread adhesive, with better acoustics and comfort underfoot than thinner glue-down planks. Installation and care
SmartDrop Ultimate is a loose-lay product: the planks sit flat on a smooth, level, dry subfloor without full-spread glue (perimeter or spot adhesive is used in some situations). Sweep or vacuum regularly and damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.

Yes. Vinyl plank is 100% waterproof and suitable for wet areas when installed to Kenbrock’s guidelines.
Can I lay it myself?
Loose-lay vinyl is one of the easiest floors to install, but the subfloor still needs to be smooth and level. Ask us for a supply-and-install price if you would rather leave it to a professional.
How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 1.725m². Measure your room area, add about 10% for cuts and wastage, and divide by 1.725.
