Brush Box Herringbone Flooring brings the warm pink-brown variation of genuine Brush Box hardwood to a precision parquet format. The repeating directional layout creates movement and a strong architectural feature, while the natural surface ensures that every completed floor has its own grain and tonal character.

Hurford Australian Native Herringbone is a prefinished engineered floor made with a Brush Box lamella over a low-shrinkage Hevea core. Its smooth surface uses a matte Bona UV lacquer system for protection, and a micro bevel outlines each element. The boards are supplied as matched left and right sets for a balanced herringbone installation.

Each piece measures 600 x 120 x 14mm and includes a nominal 4mm Australian hardwood lamella. A carton contains eight pieces—four left and four right—with 0.576m² coverage. Tongue-and-groove sides and ends support precise alignment. The manufacturer specifies full direct-glue installation and does not approve this collection for subfloor heating.

This specialist pattern needs careful set-out, a flat substrate and consistent adhesive coverage. Hurford recommends qualified tradespeople with relevant parquet experience. The installer should check moisture, substrate preparation, layout direction, borders, transitions and site conditions against the latest guide before work begins. Natural Brush Box varies in tone and grain, so inspect samples and blend boards from different cartons during installation.
