Weathered Oak is a pale washed grey French oak. It suits Scandi and coastal interiors. Corsica Oak is a French oak engineered board: a 3mm oak wear layer on a poplar plywood core, lightly brushed with a matte finish and 5G click joints. Weathered Oak is one of 6 colours in the range.

Where it works best

Weathered Oak suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas, and can be laid over most existing hard floors. Engineered timber is not recommended for bathrooms or laundries. Its light tone helps smaller or south-facing rooms feel larger and hides dust well.

Installation and care

Corsica Oak floats over a flat, dry subfloor on underlay. Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a timber-floor cleaner; use felt pads under furniture and keep humidity moderate.

Is this real timber?
Yes. The top layer is 3mm French oak bonded to a poplar plywood core – the same wood as a solid floor, with far better stability.

Can it be sanded and refinished?
Yes. A 3mm wear layer allows at least one full re-sand over the life of the floor.

How many boxes do I need?
Each box covers 2.17m². Measure your room area, add about 10% for cuts and wastage, and divide by 2.17.
