Clever Choice Clever Level is a self smoothing cementitious compound for levelling concrete subfloors before carpet, vinyl, tile or timber flooring is laid. It is designed to rectify uneven or damaged concrete substrates and bring the floor within the flatness tolerances the floor covering manufacturer specifies.

Before you order
Coverage depends on the thickness poured; as a guide, work out the area and average depth to be filled and ask us to check the bag quantity. Use the matching primer on the prepared concrete before pouring. The technical data sheet with mixing ratio, working time and coverage is available on request.

Can I lay hybrid or vinyl straight after levelling?
Yes, once the compound has cured: Clever Level takes floor coverings after 16 hours under normal conditions.
How thick can it be poured?
From 1mm feather edge up to 30mm in a single application.
Is it for timber subfloors?
Clever Level is made for concrete substrates. Ask us about the correct primer and approach for sheet timber subfloors.
