Cemimax DL55 – self levelling compound for large commercial floors
DL55 is a cement and polymer-based levelling and smoothing compound formulated for experienced commercial contractors: high flow, deep pours from 1.5mm to 75mm, and it hardens and dries at temperatures down to 10°C where ordinary hydration levellers stall.

Where to use it
Smoothing and levelling large commercial, retail and residential floors before vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, hybrid, laminate, carpet or tile.
How to use it
Prime with Cemimax DP89 (absorbent) or DP90 (non-absorbent). Mix each 20kg bag with 4.0–4.4L of clean water, pour and spread, finish with a spiked roller and let it cure undisturbed. Working time is 20–30 minutes, so mix only what you can place.

Frequently asked questions
Can I lay hybrid or vinyl straight over it?
Yes, once it is fully dry. Rigid hybrid and laminate can go down when walkable; glue-down vinyl needs the compound at the moisture level in the data sheet.
Do I need to prime first?
Yes. Use Cemimax DP89 on absorbent concrete or DP90 on smooth, sealed or non-absorbent surfaces before pouring.
