Bostik
Bostik makes the adhesives and subfloor products that sit under a good floor. For engineered timber, Bostik Ultraset HP is a solvent and isocyanate free MS polymer adhesive in 600ml sausages or 16kg tubs, Ultraset 2-in-1 adds a built-in moisture control membrane, and Ultraset 3-in-1 adds moisture control plus sound reduction. For LVT and resilient vinyl, Bostik A800 Premium is a low-VOC acrylic adhesive with strong initial grab.
To prepare the subfloor, use Bostik Ultraseal or Moisture Seal epoxy barriers on damp concrete, UL Primer on porous surfaces and UL-C500 self-levelling underlayment for a flat base. Matching Bostik trowels, the sausage gun and Handy Wipes complete the kit. Always follow the flooring manufacturer’s instructions and the Bostik technical data sheet for each product.
